SILMAFLAME AA2323

SILMAFLAME AA2323 by Silma is a highly concentrated masterbatch of halogen-free phosphorus-based flame retardant on PA6 carrier. It is colorless, non-migrating and thermally stable. It is designed for natural PA6 or reinforced GF application as electrical components, automotive, mechanical industry, furniture and many other injection molding and extrusion profiles. It is suitable in electrical field for various glow wire tests. It does not contain any forbidden substance listed in the RoHS and it is completely heavy metals free. It is suitable to reach UL94 Class V0 at 3.2mm, 1.6mm, 0.8 mm, with a dosage between 24-30% depending on the thickness, requirements and final formulation. SILMAFLAME AA2323 has a shelf life of one year.
