SILMAFLAME AX2565

SILMAFLAME AX2565 by Silma is a highly concentrated, synergistic, halogen-free anti-dripping agent, especially designed to be used in halogen-free flame-retardant compounds. It is compatible with any other additives like color masterbatches, crosslinking catalysts, maleic and silane coupling agents, UV-stabilizers and peroxides. It is designed to improve the performance of compounds in cables during EN 50399 fire test for CPR (Construction Production Regulation). It is applicable for HFFR (LSZH or LS0H) compounds in order to reduce/stop dripping without affecting neither mechanical properties nor electrical properties. It is also suitable for ATH and MDH filled PE, EVA and rubber compounds designed for cable applications. The recommended dosage level is 2-6% in insulation and sheathing compounds. SILMAFLAME AX2565 has a shelf life of one year.
