SILMAPROCESS AQ2567

SILMAPROCESS AQ2567 by Silma is a 100% active, highly concentrated synergistic combination of lubricant and processing aids, specially designed to be used in halogen-free flame-retardant compounds. It is a functional blend in powder form specific for ATH and MDH filled PE and EVA compounds created for cable applications. It is compatible with any other additives like color masterbatches, crosslinking catalysts, maleic & silane coupling agents, UV-stabilizers and peroxides. It is also suitable for HFFR (LSZH or LS0H) compounds containing MDH filler, the natural one (milled brucite) and the synthetic one, in order to reduce viscosity, melt friction and improve dispersion/homogeneity. Recommended dosage level in insulation and sheathing compounds is 0.5-1%. In bedding- or very highly loaded compounds the range is 1.5-2%. SILMAPROCESS AQ2567 has a shelf life of one year.
