TABOCAB AM 002

TABOCAB AM 002 by Silon is a multifunctional masterbatch for one step silane crosslinking process. It is suitable for long term stabilization of cable insulation, produced with Monosil extrusion process as well as improves glossiness. TABOCAB AM 002 metal deactivator protects the insulation from metal catalyzed oxidation. It reduces the phenomenon of melt fracture, especially for linear PE, hence increasing extrusion speed up to 1500 m/min. It also reduces slip and prevents the pressure variation during extrusion. It is recommended for use in construction applications. Masterbatch TABOCAB AM 002 is normally being added in the ratio of 0.9-1.2 %. At a maximum room temperature of 25°C the storage life is one year.
