Terpolymer of ethylene(E), butyl acrylate(BA), and maleic anhydride(MAH). Acts as an adhesion promoter on substrates like aluminum, paper, and unprimed polyester films. Used as tie layer in flexible packaging, as an impact modifier of polyamide 6 and 6,6 and as a coupling agent in zero halogen-low smoke compound for cables. Offers very good mechanical properties and good thermal stability. Shows compatibility with polyamide, polyethylenes and good adhesion on aluminum, polyamide and paper.
