SONGNOX® 1098

SONGNOX® 1098 by Songwon is N, N'-hexamethylenebis(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyhydrocinnamamide). It acts as an excellent performance effect metal deactivation and antioxidant upon the thermoplastic resins.

It is highly effective especially in wire as well as cable applications used as primary insulation of PP, HDPE, LDPE and other elastomers.
It is also used in polyamide fibers, molded articles and films.
It protects the polymer color during manufacturing, spinning or thermal fixation.
SONGNOX® 1098 also protects the fiber during the last stages of polymerization or by dry blending on nylon chips.
