SONGSTAB™ BC-L540

SONGSTAB™ BC-L540 by Songwon is a general-purpose, one-package type stabilizer with lubricants. This Cd-Ba-Zn organic liquid complex has initial color, very good heat stability, weatherability, processability, good transparency and non-blooming properties. It possesses high long term stability, plate-out characteristics, lubricity and low odor. SONGSTAB™ BC-L540 is used in flexible profiles, general flexible/semi-rigid films as well as in sheets for calendering. It is a PVC stabilizer for sheets. Recommended dosage level is 2.0-4.0 phr.
