Polyester and vinyl ester coated glass bead made from soda lime glass. It is an ultrafine, resistant and fully transparent bead with a smooth and polished surface. Moreover, it looks like a white powder. Exhibits improved scratch- and abrasion resistance. Shows better integration into polymeric resins. Improves surface aspects of final parts and increases fluidity. Offers better mold filling and reduction & isotropy of post molding shrinkage. Provides faster and easier extrusion & injection. Suitable for thermoplastic and thermoset resins. Used in various plastic parts, alone or combined with other additives to improve dimensional stability and properties of surface appearance and application. Applications include automotive parts, household products, electrical devices, flooring and fabrics.
