MCA-H20

MCA-H20 by Starbetter Chemical Materials is a highly effective nitrogen-, halogen-free flame retardant. It has high content of nitrogen and strong moisture-absorption. It releases nitrogen, carbon dioxide and water while burning in high temperature. Suitable for PA6 and PA66 without filler, which can pass the tests of UL94 V-0, GWFI 960°C and GWIT 750°C. Exhibits excellent dispersibility and processability. Designed for non-reinforced & filled systems, silicone rubber, EVA heat shrinkable tube material, thermoplastic elastomer and low smoke halogen-free cable material. MCA-H20 is recommended at a dosage rate of 10-14% in unreinforced PA6 and 8-12% for PA66 systems as well as 13-15% for mineral filling system in both.
