ST-NAPF4

ST-NAPF4 is a nucleating agent by Starbetter Chemical Materials. Suitable for polyolefins, such as HDPE and PP. It can achieve the resin crystallization peak temperature maximization and speed up the curing rate of the resin. It changes the crystal orientation, enhances barrier properties, improve dimensional stability of products, and increases production efficiency. Designed for colored PE bottle cap, bottle stopper, packing container and film. Provides balanced rigidity on machine and transverse direction as well as excellent impact resistance. It also improves hardness and impact strength, reduces shrinkage deformation and increases HDT performance. Used in automotive, equipment apparatus, pipe molding and packaging caps. Recommended usage level of ST-NAPF4 is 0.05-0.15%.
