STRUKTOL® HT 600

STRUKTOL® HT 600 by Struktol is a multifunctional, reactive processing aid based on organo-silicones for use in peroxide cross-linkable polymers. It improves processing behavior, physical properties and cross-linking density respectively in a peroxide cure. This product offers decreased mooney viscosity or increased release properties from metal parts. STRUKTOL® HT 600 prevents either the compound or the finished article from any blooming effects on the surface. It provides flow properties and release behavior from metal parts/ decrease in mold fouling. It can be used as a co-agent in the peroxide cure of rubber compounds. It is designed for use in EPDM, EVM, HNBR, CM, CSM or FPM. Recommended dosage ranges between 1-4 phr. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
