STRUKTOL® IB 531

STRUKTOL® IB 531 by Struktol is an activator for accelerator systems. The optimum effect is produced with the primary accelerators of the thiazole sulphenamide group. It regulates cross-linking and accelerates cure. STRUKTOL® IB 531 acts as a filler activator for compounds containing highly active mineral fillers. It increases productivity at shorter cure cycles with rubber compounds. It prevents overcure and subsequent adverse effects on the physical properties. It is used in transfer and injection molding. Recommended dosage is 0.5-2 phr depending on the type of accelerator system. The shelf life of this product is 12 months.
