STRUKTOL® PE(O)-300

STRUKTOL® PE(O)-300 by Struktol is a processing additive for dispersion and lubrication. This high molecular weight versatile oxidized polyethylene wax is used in elastomer and plastic applications.It is particularly useful as an external lubricant for rigid and plasticized PVC. STRUKTOL® PE(O)-300 is used in calendered film, extruded profiles such as pipe and siding, injection molding and compounding of masterbatches and colorants. The recommended dosage level for injection molding(opaque) is 0.07-0.15 phr, calendering(opaque) is 0.07 – 0.15 phr, extrusion(opaque) is 0.15 – 0.2 phr and extrusion(clear) is 0.1 – 0.3 phr.
