STRUKTOL® TR 151-40

STRUKTOL® TR 151-40 by Struktol is an internal lubricant for PVC and external lubricant for polyolefins. It can be used as an antistatic agent in polypropylene and polyethylene. STRUKTOL® TR 151-40 is excellent for use in color concentrates and can be used as a lubricant/process aid in polyolefins and PVC. STRUKTOL® TR 151-40 is recommended to improve the process of PVC extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, calendaring of sheets & films, and extrusion of profiles. Recommended dosage for rigid PVC, flexible PVC, polyethylene & PP, HDPE & LDPE is 0.5-1.5 phr, 0.5-1.0 phr, 0.05-0.5% , 0.15% and 0.3% respectively. It is sanctioned by FDA. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
