STRUKTOL® V-DSP

STRUKTOL® V-DSP by Struktol is a highly compatible, internal PVC lubricant and polymer processing. It is particularly good at improving melt flow thus reducing amperage and head pressure for complicated profiles. It reduces viscosity and also yields exceptional clarity in clear injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion applications. The recommended dosage for injection (opaque) is 0.7-1.2 phr, extrusion (opaque) is 0.7-1.2 phr, injection molding (clear) is 0.7-1.2 phr and extrusion (clear) 0.7-1.0 phr. The shelf life of STRUKTOL® V-DSP is 2 years.
