STRUKTOL® V-PEAS

STRUKTOL® V-PEAS by Struktol is a lubricant additive for PVC and polymer processing. It possesses externally lubricating properties. It shows ideal characteristics for clear applications where clarity is critical and where lower cost in performance is needed to replace montanic esters. STRUKTOL® V-PEAS is especially suited for calendered PVC sheet. It also has application in extrusion, blow molding and injection molding formulations. The recommended dosage level for injection molding (opaque), injection molding (clear), extrusion (opaque), extrusion (clear), calendering (opaque) & calendering (clear) is 0.3-0.5 phr, 0.3-0.6 phr, 0.3-0.7 phr, 0.3-0.6 phr, 0.3-0.6 phr & 0.3-0.5 phr respectively. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
