STRUKTOL® V-PEDS

STRUKTOL® V-PEDS by Struktol is a lubricant and polymeric processing aid. It possesses both internal and external lubricant characteristics. It reduces melt viscosity and improves flow. STRUKTOL® V-PEDS possesses resistance to plate out. It is used in applications where surface printability is required. It is used mainly in PVC. It is suitable to be used in calendering, extrusion and injection molding applications. It can also be used in extruded complex profile. The recommended dosage level for wire & cable (high speed) applications is 1.0-1.5 phr. It is typically used in combination with calcium stearate at 0.5-1.0 phr. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
