STRUKTOL® WB 16

STRUKTOL® WB 16 by Struktol is a lubricant and processing additive with remarkable release effect. It improves flow properties in rubber compounds. It reduces viscosity (internal friction) of the green compound and decrease of the sliding friction when in contact with metal surfaces. STRUKTOL® WB 16 eliminates sticking to rotors in internal mixers or on open mills and calender rolls. It has a slight activating effect on the cure rate of sulfur-containing compounds. The recommended dosage level is 0.5 to 3% of the total batch weight. The shelf life of this product is 2 years.
