STRUKTOL® WB 212 Flakes by Struktol is an emulsion plasticizer, filler dispersing and processing additive. It improves the processability of compounds without adversely affecting the vulcanizate properties. This product speeds up incorporation of fillers, shorter mixing times and better compound uniformity. STRUKTOL® WB 212 Flakes prevents sticking of elastomers to rotors, rolls and calendar bowls. In highly loaded compounds, it reduces the risk of scorching. It possesses good plasticizing properties and improved mold release. It is used for rubber compounds and injection & transfer molding. The recommended dosage level is 1-3 phr. The shelf life for this product is 18 months.
