STRUKTOL® WB 222 by Struktol is an emulsion plasticizer, dispersing and processing additive. It prevents the sticking of elastomers and compounds to rotors and rolls.

It reduces the risk of scorching in highly loaded compounds.
Its good plasticizing properties. helps molds to be filled faster with lower pressures during injection and transfer molding.
STRUKTOL® WB 222 improves filler dispersion, flow properties and release during processing, and demolding especially in nitrile compounds.
It shortens the mixing time by faster filler incorporation.
The recommended dosage level is 0.5-2% of the total batch weight.
The shelf life of STRUKTOL® WB 222 is 2 years.
