ADDITECH™ - slip CA-001

ADDITECH™ - slip CA-001 by Technokom is erucamide. Acts as a lubricant. Lowers friction and counter face adhesion during production and further use of the films. Helps to fight film stickiness and provides easier sleeve opening. Improves processability, lowers energy consumption and increases output at production without compromising mechanical and optic properties of the films. Also offers better gloss and easier demolding. Good anti-friction properties of the performance additive decreases the equipment wear. Processed by injection molding. Compatible with LDPE, LLDPE and HDPE films. Can be used in screws, barrels and molds. ADDITECH™ - slip CA-001 is recommended dosage is 1.0-2.0% depending on the polymer type and geometry of the molded parts.
