CREDOLEN® KPG 032

CREDOLEN® KPG 032 by Technokom is calcium carbonate in LLDPE carrier resin. Acts as a filler. It improves polymer processability and film structure uniformity. Promotes stability and uniform cooling of the sleeve. Helps better welding, increases color intensity and lowers production cost. Also allows to eliminate or minimize shrinkage, warpage and warping; sharpens small features (including molded bottle inscriptions) and facilitates welding of blow molded parts bottoms. Used to prevent let-go fiber separation of PP thread. Suitable for injection and blow molding as well as thermoforming. Recommended for HDPE and LDPE films (thickness 10µm and more), thermoformable PP sheets, PP yarn and thread, disposable PP and PE tableware. The dosages vary from 2.0% to 30% depending on the film end use for HDPE and LDPE films. The concentrations are from 2% to 20% for PP yarn and thread. Recommended dosages are from 5.0% to 30% (mass) for injection and blow molded items.
