TALKOLEN™ TC-002

Micronized talc in PVP carrier resin. Acts as a filler. Introduction to 10% of TALKOLEN™ ТC-002 helps reducing warping and shrinkage of products. Also reduces the adhesion and sticking of the polymer to the mold, to increase productivity. It has nuclear effect on the polymer, which in some cases improves the strength and other characteristics of consumer products. Offers low cost. In the manufacture of foamed polystyrene based insulation boards, it is used to improve the structure formation and stabilization of form and reduce flammability of products. For use in films, it is used as antiblock additive. Recommended dosage is 5-10%.
