PowerNox™ 697 by TinToll (PCC Group) is a highly effective metal deactivator originated from the family of sterically hindered phenolic antioxidants. It is a 2,2'-oxamido bis[ethyl-3-(3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenyl) -propionate]. It exhibits low volatility and non-discoloring properties. It is compatible with polyesters, polyamides and polyurethane. It provides long-term heat aging and high temperature processing stability. It offers long term heat stabilization of polyolefins. PowerNox™ 697 is suitable for wire, cable conductors and molded parts having metal inserts.
