TOROWHITE Ti-ExR 04

TOROWHITE Ti-ExR 04 by TOROWHITE (Toro Gips) is a calcium sulfate anhydrite (AII) produced from natural calcium sulfate selected especially for the use as a titanium dioxide (TiO₂) extender in applications such as masterbatch production, paints, polymers and biopolymers. With very high purity (>99%) and excellent whiteness (L value > 95) and brightness, this 100% natural product is odourless, biodegradable and a cost-efficient alternative as white pigment extender allowing significant production cost reductions. TOROWHITE Ti-ExR 04 is resistant to weak acids and shows improved UV resistance. It has good impact properties and resistance to high temperatures and displays good adhesion with polymer. Due to its low Mohs hardness compared to other minerals, it is easy to process leading to lower wear and abrasion of machinery. Its narrow particle size enables high performance in terms of color, opacity, processability and mechanical impact resistance. TOROWHITE Ti-ExR 04 is totally free of any nanomaterial or nanoparticles, residual solvents and heavy metals deriving from any step of the production processes.
