PELECTRON PVL

PELECTRON PVL distributed by Toyotsu Chemiplas and manufactured by Sanyo Chemical Industries is an anti-static agent. Suitable for PP, PE and HIPS resins. Exhibits low resistivity, good dispersibility to base resins, humidity independence and non-bleeding-out type cleanness. Designed for electric appliances, automobile interior components, explosion-proof helmet & floor mat and electronic parts package. Offers repellence to dust & dirt and protection from electric shock. PELECTRON PVL is suggested for processing by extrusion (10-25 %wt dosage) and injection molding (5-15 %wt dosage).
