Micropel® IT4DIDP by Troy Corporation (Arxada) is a fungicide. It is a 4% solution of OIT in diisodecyl phthalate plasticizer. It is used to treat rubber compounds to prevent the growth of fungal organisms on the finished article. Micropel® IT4DIDP is recommended for flexible PVC, polyurethanes, polyolefins, acrylics, styrenics, rubber, silicones and composites. The typical usage level is 2-5%w/w.
