Norox® 400

It is t-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexyl carbonate. It acts as a crosslinking and curing agent. It appears as colorless liquid with molecular weight of 246.34. It is non-aromatic organic peroxide that is similar in reactivity to t-butyl perbenzoate. Especially suitable as an initiator for the polymerization of vinyl monomers such as styrene and acrylates. It is used for the thermoplastics, silicones, elastomers and unsaturated polyester resins.
