Norox® 500

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by United Initiators
Solution of 1,1-di(tert-butylperoxy)-3,3,5-trimethyl cyclohexane with a minimum assay of 90%. It acts as a crosslinking and curing agent. Also acts as a initiator for the polymerization. It is used as a cross-linking agent for various olefinic polymers or co-polymers including polyethylene, ethylene-vinyl acetate and ethylene-propylene rubber. It can also be used for synthetic rubbers as a vulcanizing agent and a high temperature curing agent for unsaturated polyester resins.
