Therm-chek® 840

Heat stabilizer. Has very good compatibility with all types of PVC copolymers and resin modifiers, as well as with both phthalate as well as phosphate plasticizers. Is outstanding, with no adverse effect on fusion characteristics and non-sulfur staining as well as non-lubricating. The combination of Therm-Chek® 840 with epoxy compounds shows synergistic heat stability. Recommended for rigid PVC extrusion as well as injection molding applications, including siding, profile, sheet, molded fittings and bottles. Also recommended for flexible PVC formulations.
