Santicizer® 1280

Santicizer® 1280 by Valtris Specialty Chemicals is a low volatile fast fusing plasticizer. It is based on a high molecular weight monomeric benzyl ester. Used in PVC systems to boost throughput where it combines medium flexibilizing efficiency and fast processing. Provides high resistance to staining, dirt pick-up and extraction when exposed to solvents, oils, grease, high temperatures and other severe-use conditions. Possesses low free hydroxyl content, low-moisture content and low acidity. Shows excellent compatibility and permanence in PU, and retains the aggressive solvating characteristics of the benzyl esters. Santicizer® 1280 is used in automotive applications, synthetic leather and to improve sound dampening.
