Santicizer® 1462

Santicizer® 1462 by Valtris Specialty Chemicals is a fire retardant plasticizer for polyurethane-based applications and flexible PVC products. It is modified alkyl aryl phosphate ester specially recommended for plastisol applications where critical processing conditions must be combined with high fire-retardancy of the end product.

• It also acts as a processing aid to contribute to excellent cell structure in chemically blown foams.
• It is used in conveyor belts, mine ducting, wire & cable, flooring, and regulated products for use in construction and transport.
• It exhibits good plastisol viscosity and compatibility in many polymer systems offering versatility.
• Santicizer® 1462 imparts a significant flammability performance criteria in vinyl nitrile foams.
