Therm-chek® 5019

Zinc heat stabilizer/catalyst. Provides very good early color retention and foam cell structure. As a catalyst, this product substantially reduces the temperature required to activate the blowing agent. Used in PVC plastisol, injection molded, or extruded foams using exothermic blowing agents such as azodicarbamide types. Typical applications include footwear, seating cushions, marine accessories and exercise mats.
