MASTERFLAM® PS/E 870

MASTERFLAM® PS/E 870 by Vamp is brominated compound based additive masterbatch in PS carrier resin. Acts as a flame retardant. Offers good thermal stability. Compatible with PS and HIPS. Recommended for sheets of extruded polystyrene foam (XPS). MASTERFLAM® PS/E 870 is used to obtain artifacts through the usual processes of injection molding and extrusion. The formulation recommended is around 1-2% of the masterbatch on the natural polystyrene and can be further optimized depending on the thickness and density of the slabs.
