Sulfads® PWDR by Vanderbilt Chemicals is dipentamethylene thiuram hexasulfide. Acts as an ultra-accelerator and sulfur donor. It is soluble in acetone, chloroform, toluene and insoluble in water. Sulfads® PWDR is used in compounding heat resistant NR and SBR, as an accelerator for Hypalon, CSM vulcanizing and in curing systems for IIR and EPDM.
