VIBATAN® LLDPE Process Aid 00433B

Dispersion of fluoroelastomer for blow extrusion of LLDPE and HDPE films. Acts as a processing aid. Coats the extruder mechanical parts (cylinder, screw and head) making viscous polyolefin polymers slip without breakage of the melt and problem of rough film surface. Offers higher extrusion speed and therefore an increase of hour production. Provides easier control of film thickness and reduction or elimination of breakage of the melt. Exhibits no build-up in extruder head. Gives more regular and consequently brighter film surface. Approved for food applications.
