VIBATAN® PE EXPANSOR 02771 by Viba Group is endothermic blowing agent masterbatch in LDPE. It is free from fillers, waxes or any other lubricants. It is designed for polyolefins. It is suitable for injection molding. Recommended for the manufacture of synthetic corks with a simulated "cork effect". For a successful expansion suggested processing temperatures is between 170-210°C. Its recommended dosage rate for injection molding is 2-5% and for production of synthetic corks is 7%.
