VIBATAN® PEX Antiox 02012

Synergic composition of a phenolic antioxidant with high molecular weight and an effective metal deactivator antioxidant dispersed in a medium density polyethylene carrier. Also contains an efficient processing aid which substantially reduces the die build-up and plate out on the screw, increasing the production capacity of the extruder and providing a high quality of the surface of the extruded pipe. Dedicated to secure the long term thermo-stability under mechanical stress of silane crosslinkable pipes produced by the "One Step Process" for use in hot sanitary water, central and floor heating pumps, above all when brass fittings are used. Silane crosslinkable pipes stabilized with it are designed to meet the DIN 16892 specifications.
