Antistatic masterbatch containing a special combination of antistatic additives of slow migration in a polypropylene homopolymer carrier. Migrating to the surface, it captures atmospheric moisture and form a conductive layer which helps to dissipate the static charge. Intended for applications where an optimum surface resistivity and a rapid elimination of static charge during processing at the end-user are required. Especially recommended for high quality laminations on paper and card. Once sacks are opened, the contents should be consumed as soon as possible. An effective closing system should be employed for partially used sacks in order to avoid contact with the air. Used for food packaging applications and in the core layer of the films.
