VIBATAN® PP Process Aid 02300

A dispersion of a special additive based on fluorinated polymer in PP resin. Particularly suitable for extrusion of polypropylene resins. Owing to its special active substance, possesses the feature to quickly migrate from the melted mass during the processing phase, thus creating a covering on the metallic extruder's surfaces and on inside surfaces of the head of the extruder itself. Facilitates workability of materials and keeps clean the extruder die, thus preventing die build-up formation. Does not compromise with the printing and does not modify mechanical features or transparency of the film.
