CEVO® -process C-3315

CEVO® -process C-3315 by Voelpker is a well-balanced lubricant combination. This pack is based on a long-term experience in this application. It guarantees an intermediate melt viscosity combined with moderate extrusion torque and pressure. It is adjusted for a moderate fusion time. CEVO® -process C-3315 is used in injection molded PVC-U fittings, based on lead stabilizers. It might directly be used at the recommended dosage in combination with 3.0 to 3.5 phr tribasic lead sulfate. The addition of calcium stearate and/or dibasic lead stearate (DBLS) might be necessary to accelerate the fusion. The addition of short-chain processing aid might help for a better melt flow and an earlier gelation. It is REACH, RoHS and CONEG compliant. It has a maximum shelf life of 5 years.
