GENIOSIL® GF 58 by Wacker is vinyltris(2-methoxyethoxy)silane based crosslinking agent. The use of this grade in mineral-filled polymers (e.g. polymers filled with kaolin, ATH or magnesium hydroxide) improves mechanical and electrical properties & increases moisture resistance. It exhibits improved wet scrub resistance and abrasion resistance due to strong adhesion. GENIOSIL® GF 58 is used mainly in mineral-filled EPM and EPDM cables.
