Hygroscopic material made of a mix of compatibilizers and additives that alloy the starch to the plastic matrix. For making degradable film which require additional prodegradants. Contains sufficient prodegradant for use in compost bags. Can be used for agricultural mulch films where greater than 90 day degradation rates are required.
