XS-CH-101 is a nucleating agent by Xusen. It also acts as a flame retardant. It is recommended for polyamide and polyester polymers. It offers improved material performance of crystallization rate, crystallization temperature & decreased crystallite dimension which shorten the materials molding cycle. It provides good compatibility, increased processing efficiency and high dimension stability. The dosage level of XS-CH-101 is 0.1-0.2%.
