BX-PTEA by Gelest (Mitsubishi Chemical) is phenylthioethyl acrylate. It enables low viscosity, offers antioxidant properties and enables production of thin films with high refractive index. It acts as a reactive diluent and dissolves high viscosity monomers & oligomers of high potential refractive index. Produces sulfur containing polymers and polymers with solvent resistance. It complies with EPA (TSCA) regulation.
