Polycard XFN™ 100

Aromatic diol with a primary and a secondary hydroxyl group. It is bio-renewable and based on cashew shell oil. It offers formulation flexibility, improved surfactant properties, increased flame retardancy, high reactivity and low exotherm. Also exhibits high miscibility with standard polyols and blowing agents. It can be used as an additive for load modification in MDI flexible foam formulation, resulting in lower density systems. It is also used in pre-polymer isocyanate structure for applications ranging from flexible and rigid foams.
