SPECFLEX™ NC 701 Polyol

High-solids grafted copolymer polyol with high primary hydroxyl content. Offers improved tensile strength and modulus. Provides improved elongation and resiliency. Enhances foam load-bearing capabilities and firmness, enabling customers to produce foams with improved durability, support and comfort. Additionally, it provides a highly cost-efficient method to improve load-bearing and creep properties for foams and elastomers compared to base polyols. Also offers the advantage of “opening” the foam for easy processing and also meet customer demand for low-VOC and low-viscosity options. Designed for use in the manufacture of high-resilience flexible molded foam, high comfort flexible foam and semi flexible molded foam.
