JAYHAWK™ BTDA™ Polymer Fine is a co-monomer by Evonik. Designed for polyimide synthesis to enhance thermal and fire resistance. It has a variable pot life for optimal processing and an optimum purity and particle size to meet specific requirements. Ideal for aerospace ducting and fuselage insulation. It can be used in admixtures with other anhydrides. It is sensitive to acid formation in the presence of moisture. JAYHAWK™ BTDA™ Polymer Fine is listed with EINECS (219-348-1) and TSCA inventories.
