Exaflex 6028

Polyether polyol. It is a propylene oxide and ethylene oxide based trifunctional polyol. The calibrated amount of ethylene oxide with high primary end groups gives extra reactivity with isocyanates allowing it to be used for one shot HR molded foam using high pressure as well as low pressure machines. The HR molded foam is characterized by high resiliency and good surface properties. The high resiliency molded foam manufactured using this grade shows better bounce and the integral skin foam produced using this polyol gives good skin. It is also recommended for cold cure molded formulations.
