Resonance™ PL91-203_D

Resonance™ PL91-203_D by Bakelite Synthetics is a medium functionality aromatic polyether polyol with primary aliphatic hydroxyl type. It offers higher reactivity than PM92 aromatic polyols. It is a heat resistant and ideally suited for rigid PUR and PIR foams. It exhibits high dimensional stability for increased productivity. It is liquid at room temperature. It exhibits reduced thickness due to low delta k-factor. It is miscible with other polyols, fire-retardants, and blowing agents. It is also chemically compatible with hydrofluoroolefins (HFO) which results in the improved shelf life of the polyol B-side, a critical factor in PU spray foam. Resonance™ PL91-203_D is used in cast elastomers, providing improved thermal performance and mechanical properties. It is suitable to lower OHV to minimize isocyanate use.
